Description: These are Romanian Army mess tins made after WW2. With aluminum bodies and steel handles they are durable and useful items for the field. The top lid can be used as a pan and the bottom lid as a pot, useful for cooking or serving food into. Great for German WW2 impressions as they are not oversized like bund mess tins and are quality made. Otherwise great for camping, hunting, airsoft, etc. Comes in various shades of green paint. Appear to be lightly used or unused, with most looking like new old stock that have storage scratches and may have minor dents and dings. Some may have some surface rust on the handles that can be removed with some cleaning. You will receive a mess tin randomly selected from those pictured in the listing photos. Easy to strip and repaint to your liking. Great items at a low price.
