Complete package includes frame, should straps, kidney belt, packboard shelf, handie talkie radio pouch on side, back pad cushion, center compression strap, NBC chem suit bag, and waterproof liner bag. Medium alice pack was unissued and all damage was due to storage, and is a super nice pack. Honestly one of the nicest packs I've come across no tears or rips and only minor fading.The frame was used but also in fantastic condition, only minor scratches on the bottom. Pack color is much closer to the first picture, the others got over saturated with light and look extremely brown. But their is some slight discoloring.
