This note is very heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration; reddish ink stains and other foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged/missing - edges rough/damaged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and many are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); many scattered holes throughout (some are larger); some pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
