Description: US Scott#63b VF-XF Jumbo 1861 1c Franklin, dark shade, no faults, see desc There are many shades of this stamp. Scott only lists dark blue and ultramarine varieties. So, while, it is listed as a 63b, it is possible that it would certify as a different shade. It is a cool, dark blue. It stands out boldy from the rest. The scan does not do it justice. It is impossible for me to really show you the true color. The best I can do is say that, as always, if you don't like it, you can always return it within two weeks for a full refund. This reduces the handling of stamps to scan the backs and provides truer color. The scans are 1200dpi showing more detail and better color.
