Description: Here is a great looking and unusual looking, vintage 1940's Tissot Automatic 28.5.21 bumper mens watch in the original Tissot stainless steel case with gold bezel. I think the bezel is solid gold and looks great with the stainless steel back cover case. This was maybe to give the watch a solid gold watch appearance. The case is in very good condition just showing light scratch wear and no damage. The dial appears to be distorted - not sure if this was deliberate or refinished in this "style" - it looks very unusual. The 28.5.21 signed bumper movement is not running and will need repair before use. The crystal is in good condition just showing minor scratch wear and is still clear. The watch is 35mm in width including the crown and 40mm from lug to lug.
