Description: For sale is a 1970's Univox Bass Guitar. Be sure to view the photos as they are part of the description. The only issue I have with it is that there is a slight hum or buzz when connected to an amp. This indicates a possible grounding issue (or my amp could be contributing to some of that). Other than that, it does work. It's got a few flaws in it as evidenced by the photos but nothing major. Due to age, I'm selling it "AS-IS". This Guitar has been rewired with period correct wire and the cheap Japanese pots have been replaced with new CTS pots. The switch and the jack have been replaced with Made in the USA "Switchcraft". Original Pick-ups. If the shipping cost to your location is less than what I have listed, then I will gladly refund the difference. If it turns out to be more, I'll eat the difference.
