Description: bycty0823fx40.5jds99 This is a nice vintage, stoneware butter crock, Yelloware, approx 5.75" tall & 8.25" OD diameter at the top, stamped under glaze: Compliments of / Unionville Milling Company / Unionville - Colling / 12-25-36. This was a Christmas gift from the Milling company in Unionville, Michigan in 1936 to their customers. Hard to find crock. Condition: Near Mint, has a minor tight hairline in the inside of the base that barely goes thru to the outside of the crock, see close up pictures above. NO other chips, cracks or dings. I grade this one a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
