The tire has great all weather traction and it grips the road well in dry, wet and light winter conditions thanks to the tread pattern. The design also increases the wet weather traction and prevents hydroplaning in deeper water by dispersing water from below the tire's footprint. The better water dispersing ability and excellent all weather traction increase its year round safety. The model offers superb steering responsiveness and is easier to control as the tire compound and the flat tire footprint maintain constant contact with the road. The better steering responsiveness allows the tire to be swift and accurate in its response to the driver's instructions. The better handling and controllability of the tire also enhances the tread life. The tread wears evenly as the tread pattern uniformly distributes the driving forces across the tread area.
