Reverse: Unused. - No message / No Stamp / No Postmark. // NOTE: one center crease Tiny Town, Colorado Located in Turkey Creek Canon, near Morrison, Colorado. George Turner, owner of Denver business Turner Moving & Storage (and a friend of Buffalo Bill Cody), began building a miniature town for his daughter in 1915. Called Turnerville, and then later a.k.a. Turner's Tiny Town, he opened to the public in 1921. Turner kept adding until he sold out in 1927. Tiny Town quickly became one of the state's most popular attractions, but it was plagued by damage from adjacent Turkey Creek flooding, and then a fire burned down the Indian pueblo in 1935. The Tiny Town train was added in 1939. The miniature amusement park remains popular yet today.
