Fowler & Co.Google and ChatGPT both state the First printing was in 1958 and in the US, but this copy is from London and published in 1957!This is the only copy like it up for sale.The hardcover has some stains but in good condition.There are a few tiny holes on the upper right corner of the opening page from old staples that were removed.There are 2 folds on the top of pages 261-263 and theres some pen scribbling on the back of the very last empty page.Otherwise the pages are all crips and unmarked and in excellent condition.
