The head, hands and oversized feet are bisque porcelain, fired at 1,300° Fahrenheit. Each clown's porcelain features are meticulously hand painted. The bodies are stuffed with 100% A-quality cotton. The colorful costumes are of satin, trimmed with lace, ribbons, pom poms and bows. Each outfit is hand cut, hand shaped, and hand sewn. The hallmark of each clown doll (usually on the back of the neck) certifies to the authenticity of The Heritage Mint, Ltd. Clown Collection.
