On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.” The stamp issued to honor Fanny Brice was issued in Hollywood, Ca. Overall, a great collectible for any movie fan. The size of this matted picture is 11" x 14" and will fit any 11" x 14" inch frame. (a standard size).
