Description: For sale is The Firm Fanny Lifter steps and Seven (7) The Firm Body Sculpting System Exercise DVDs. They are in great used condition! Please see photos for full description. The Fanny Lifter shows some wear from use, but is otherwise in great condition. You can use the purple and blue steps separately, together stacked or side-by-side. You can also store the smaller step within the larger step when not in use. I've cleaned the steps with soap and water. All of the steps' rubber feet are attached and snug. Six (6) of the DVDs feature this Fanny Lifter. The videos are: Lower Body Sculpt I featuring Lisa Kay (34 minutes), Lower Body Sculpt II featuring Libby Heath (36 minutes), Super Body Sculpt feautring Stephanie Corley (40 minutes), Body Sculpt Blaster featuring Nancy Tucker (35 minutes), Cardio Sculpt Blaster featuring Lisa Kay (34 minutes), and Super Cardio Sculpt featuring Nancy Tucker (40 minutes - On this DVD, you can see where I struck out the time printed and noted the actual run time. The 7th video, Super Cardio Mix featuring Jennifer Carman (63 minutes), is a bonus DVD. It was produced before the Fanny Lifter existed. It's a great DVD because you can customize your workout to create a unique workout combination. It also uses a short and tall step, so I used the Fanny Lifter with this DVD. This is a great combo of items that you will not be able to find anywhere else!
