The book is complete with supple pages. The cover is bright, clean and in great condition. But please view the scans and you decide the grade Welcome and thank you for viewing my auction. Please understand that when I describe a book it is MY judgment. Grading is a judgment NOT an exact science and each person’s judgment varies. If you have doubts, bid conservatively. Since I am not a professional grader, I will attempt use the following terms when describing a book for sale. Again, these descriptions do not cover every circumstance, they are just to give the buyer a ‘feel’ for the book: * FAIR - The book is in poor shape by any standard. Assume the cover is ( FA ) detached and / or large pieces are missing. There may be several pages missing or torn out, partially or completely. The pages will in general be brittle. This book will be for someone that need an example and is put up for auction only to see if there is any interest in the book. * GOOD MINUS - The book is readable but has been well read and is in rough condition. ( G- ) The cover will be intact and attached but contain rips, tears and heavy wear marks. The Spine will be worn and may have sever splits. The colors will be dull and may be heavily soiled, water stained, mildewed etc. The spine will have a distinct curling. There may be a page missing or small pieces missing from the cover or pages. The pages may be somewhat brittle and there could be some distracting writing or marks on the cover. ( i.e. Someone’s name, store stamp, etc) * GOOD - The book is in decent readable shape. The cover will be intact and ( G ) attached. There will be some small rips, tears, creases or light wear marks. The spine will show signs of wearing and may have a small split at the top or bottom. The colors will be somewhat dull but some gloss may remain. There will be no pages missing but some will have small rips or tears from being read. The corners will show heavy wear and the spine some curling. * VERY GOOD - The book is in nice shape. The cover will be intact and ( G + ) solidly attached. There may be some very tiny rips, tears creases but generally few wear marks. The spine will be complete and solid and again show little wear. The colors will be bright with some gloss remaining. There will be no pages missing but some may have very small rips or tears from being read. The corners will be almost complete and square, showing little wear. This would be a very nice book to see, feel and own for the average collector. * FINE - The book is a beauty of a book. It isn’t perfect or even “near mint”. It is simply a very clean, bright, solid book. Simply put, anything above Good, will fall into this category. If you are not happy with an item, please feel free to return it within 5-7 days and I will gladly refund your payment. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent. This collection is fairly large number of war, Archie, mystery, etc issues so please continue to look at my other listings. Shipping charges will be approximately $4.50 .
