Description: This is a 1994 Texas Parks and Wildlife authorized original signed/numbered limited edition print and Waterfowl Stamp of Blue Wing Teal ducks, numbered 3392/5650. Signed by the artist, Jim Houtman, the print and stamp have been professionally matted and framed. The original paperwork is tucked into a pocket on the back of the frame. This is in excellent condition with some very minor dings to frame. Frame measures 18 1/16 inches tall and 16 3/16 inches wide.
