Description: A few weeks ago, I was cleaning up my inventory of hard cases and found this body from a project I started years ago. No effort to mislead buyers, this is intended as a 52 reissue copy. To the best of my knowledge...all parts are new. 1. The body was purchased from China (alibaba) in 2019. It was routed for a humbucker in the neck position. The body had no screw holes so there are no extra holes which otherwise might be hidden. Bridge and Pickguard were purchased new. 2. Guitar has two "Golden Age" Alinco 5 pickups. Humbucker is 5 wire but only three are in use. I think Golden Age is a house brand of StewMac. I honestly do not remember where I got these. 3. Control Cover and Pots were purchased new...CTS/Switchcraft from Fender USA. 4. Neck is "Baseball Bat" sized. All Parts neck Made in Japan. New. I applied Fender Decals, and sprayed with a rattle can of "Color Tone" giving a nice golden finish. Tuners are new, but I am not clear if they are Fender Branded. Note: I have NOT installed the strap buttons, they are new in package included with sale. Don,t be shy to ask me to install them prior to shipment. What is this guitar worth? Dunno, but the neck alone is $250+ and the case at least $150. Weight 7lb 9oz
