The books are complete with no pieces missing, the centerfolds and covers are firmly attached. The books are in 9.4 NM condition average in my opinion. I use Overstreet's grading criteria but the process is still subjective so please look at the pictures and judge for yourself. PLEASE NOTE book 2 has very slight spine stress and both books have imperfection on the back cover bottom left corner (see pictures).
