Description: This 215 S cabinet has 2 JBL speakers, one is a D-130 (a bit brighter than a D-140) & the other is a D-140, both 8 ohms. The speakers are front loaded. I am listing the speaker cabinets I used on stage for about 14 years. This is one of them. I no longer play out where using these cabinets makes sense, so they need new homes. The cabinet delivers the classic tone Sunn is legendary for. I bought the Sunn cabinet used and empty. It did have the original corner protectors and casters I purchased JBLs, as that was the speakers used in Sunn gear at their peak use. This is when Mountain's Felix Papalardi, Noel Redding of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Allman Brothers' Barry Oakley, The Who's John Entwistle and many more used Sunn bass gear. I had the speakers checked out ...they were A-OK. They've been work horses ever sense. The cabinets have been stored in climate-controlled areas of my home. The original Sunn grill cloth on this cabinet was ruined when I bought it, and new Fender grill cloth was installed as a replacement. Unfortunately, real Sunn replacement grill cloth was not available then and to my knowledge, although there is a start-up beginning to produce Sunn gear again, so the grill cloth may be available in the near future. The speaker jack was also missing so I replaced it with a new one, see photo. The casters are original to the cabinet. I WILL DELIVER THE CABINET AT NO CHARGE WITHIN A 50 MILES RADIUS OF NASHVILLE, TN. I do not have the materials to properly pack the cabinets for shipment. The buyer will contact a UPS Store near my home to work out the shipping details and payment with them. I will provide the contact information and person at the UPS Store to the buyer and once payment it made to me and payment details are worked out with the UPS Store, I will deliver the cabinet to the UPS store. You will be notified by me that the cabinet has been delivered. From that moment, all details and questions will need to be directed to the UPS Store.
