They are located in MD. Defective product is returned to them for warranty replacement. They destroy defective product and ship a new replacement. I personally have found the product to be exceptionally reliable, problem free and accurate out of the box (after cleaning the bore which has a thick preservative in it). For bore cleaning, do not use a cleaning rod. Only use a pull through method from breech to muzzle with a "bore snake", which I can provide. You'll need .177 caliber patches and Ballistol for cleaning as well as "Silicone Grease" for the o-rings. Contact me if you want me to include a patch worm, patches and Ballistol, and maybe some targets. Never use a petroleum product to clean an airgun, which would void the warranty.
