The inside diameter is 2 9/16" and the opening is 1 3/4". This cuff will fit a large wrist and it's thick silver and very firm - not much up or down sizing. Measures 7 1/2" on bracelet sizer. Condition: Very good pre-owned condition with very slight tarnish and scratches due to age.
