I do my best to take a specific picture any significant flaws I find on new to you shoes. This does not include light scuffs, stains, or other minimal signs of wear that I often see on used shoes, as these can be seen in my regular pictures. When and where necessary I clean/polish, launder, dry, and deodorize the shoes & insoles. Most shoes will be shipped in a box, common exception; flip flops. I grade my shoes on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being best. In the condition description you will see my grade for these shoes with a short descriptor of what that means.
