Of course eBay sided with him even with a receipt and an ongoing tracking online (this is so wrong on multiple levels, they are basicly allowing rip-offs to widely scam honest sellers), thief got a free 185$ cd ... UPDATE: the thief got the cd on 20 July, confirmed by both AUS and ITA Posts. He denied it blatantly but then... surprise ! ... he SOLD THE VERY SAME CD on his eBay account on September !
