Listed for auction is a franked postal panel signed by Sir Robert Peel. The panel is addressed in his hand and signed ''Robert Peel'' in a dip pen. The paned is postmarked 1841, measures 4.75 x 3.25 inches with trivial toning/soiling otherwise it is in fine condition.
