It looks to be signed, "Nul P" or "Neil P" but it isn't quite legible. There is also an impressed Maltese cross on the bottom. The clay used is a nice dense white which seems to be porcelain. The shape of the mug is amazing with 5 bulges around the circumference. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. It measures approximately 3" tall x 3.375" wide, not including the handle.
