Printed in the United States. I consider this book to be in overall very good pre-owned condition based on Ebay's condition rating guidelines. There is minor damage (creasing, small tear, abrasions) to the dust jacket at the top and bottom edges of the spine area, the inner front flap of dust jacket has been price-clipped, and there is minor fading along the top edge of the orange cover boards. The book has been fitted with a new clear mylar dust jacket protector which helps to obscure the flaws. The mylar is not permanently affixed and can be easily removed if desired. The pages are clean and appear free from damage or writing (with the exception of the autographed page), and the binding appears intact and tight.
