I tested everything and it heats up fast, steam control board all works like it should, tank holds pressure great yet. There are a few scuffs here and there on the body and handle but nothing bad at all. Defects are in my pictures. Comes with the square head attachment, and the carpet guide attachment, also comes with the triangle head attachment. You get 2 triangle pads and 3 square pads all pads are new. Also the owners guide or instruction manual also comes with it. If you have anymore questions please contact me. This will come disassembled for cheaper and easier shipping. There is just a screw on the backside that has to be put in to assemble and the head attachment pops back on.
