Description: Vintage 60s Shadowline pink ankle length night gown with double chiffon gathered bodice area, pink lace at neckline and lovely pink, green and blue lace applique detail under bust area with bust size 34 in a very slim figure contouring fit. This is a long ankle length gown. The color is a a light pink with pink lace trim, pink satin bow detail and pink, green and blue lace applique detail. The night gown has a lower V neckline and is sleeveless. The bodice area is a double nylon. The area is gathered and has a thicker pink underlayer and a sheer chiffon top layer. The under bust area at the sides has two layers of sheer chiffon nylon and also a beautiful pink, green and blue lace applique detail at the sides. The body of this gown is a nice weight thicker nylon. There is 1 1/2 inches of pink lace detail all along the neckline in front and back of the gown. There is a long pink satin bow detail at center bodice area. The night gown has a very contoured fit. This is very fitted thru the bodice, waist and hips and probably best for XS to Small sizes. The tag inside is a Pink and Black Shadowline tag that was used on their older and also their better garments. This garment is from the 60s. This is nylon and made in the USA. This is machine washable. I have washed on delicate and hung to dry. It comes to you clean and ready to wear. Tag inside shows: Shadowline on pink and black label All Nylon Petite (this is for XS to Small) Measurements: Nightgown bust is 34 inches underbust is 26 inches armhole is 20 inches waist is 28 inches hips are 38 inches length is 51 inches around hemline - is 51 inches CONDITION: I do not think this has ever been worn. It is in PRISTINE vintage condition with NO issues. There are no snags in the nylon, wear or anything.....it is gorgeous! This comes to you freshly laundered and ready to open up and wear. I have washed this on gentle cycle and hung to dry. With all of my vintage lingerie, I either hand wash or wash on gentle and always hang to dry.
