The conditions vary, but no major defects found upon review, and generally expected wear and tear to exterior and dust covers (where present - note that there is no cover for In Search Of A Wife and a major tear to bottom of spine for In Holland [all visible in photos]). Overall, a good condition set and scarcely found together. A great gift or buy for a collector of vintage books, especially those with interest in social history/18th century.
