Service or Emotional Support Dog handler ID card with hologram and lanyard

Description: Greetings! I provide ID cards of all types. This listing is for a service dog or emotional support animal. In the picture you will see the card is printed on both sides in full color with the insignia which corresponds to your requirements. Also included is a black lanyard. (I have another listing with a nicely printed "Service Dog" lanyard. Please check my store if interested. The picture will also display the full holographic overlay which covers the entire front of the card. The card can be customized if you require further information and/or graphics. After ordering your card simply send an Ebay message with the Service Dog/Emotional support animal's photo, name, and handler's name. As well you may provide a registration number and Breed. Again if there is something else you would like to have appear on the card I can provide that. You will receive a proof to review before I print and ship. Included is the card printed front and back in full color and the holographic overlay printed on the front, a slot punch, and a lanyard (generally black color lanyard). In general, orders will ship same day, providing information is collected and processed that day. Each order is slightly different and may involve customers who may provide information at a slower pace and therefore handling time can be up to 4 days as stated. IN GENERAL CARDS SHIP SAME DAY.
