This album has a Record Company Hole Punch in the bottom left corner. Other than that, the cover is in excellent ++ shape for being this old and still sealed. I would rate it NM if it wasn't for the hole punch. I assume the record inside is in new condition.* Please look at all the pictures closely as they are part of the description.
