I COULD clean this up, will still be some scars on rim, but structure good. OPTIONS: COULD Regrease/chnge balls and adjust hubs and bottom bracket May other options! Tubes hold very well, The rolling is good as it is which indicated not excessive wear, . I rebuild bikes very often.
