Description: Scarce Vintage JOSEF ORIGINALS "LILACS" Figurine from FLOWER GIRL series With "Spaghetti" Flowers Good Vintage Condition Book illustrated NO RESERVE Description Wonderful vintage and scarce figure made by Josef Originals She is from the FLOWER GIRL series and is entitled "LILACS" She is shown on page 59 of "Josef Originals - Revised and expanded 2nd Edition" by Harris/Whitaker She measures approximately 5 1/2" tall Her lilac bouquet is made of ceramic 'spaghetti" and has rather matte finish compared to the gloss of the remainder of the figurine Great handpainting - with black eyes, lashes and red heart-shaped mouth She wears a pink gown with lacey gold details and a matching pink bonnet with gold bow Good vintage condition - there are no chips or cracks or hairlines but I wish to note that the end of her right thumb has a rough edge and looks just a bit shorter - perhaps a nick done during factory production as it has the same pink color and is and not that noticeable - but mentioned for complete accuracy Her "spaghetti" bouquet is also intact and there are no noticeable missing fronds No paint loss noted and no crazing lines noted Marked as shown in photo, with impressed Josef Originals mark Please ignore all white spots on all photos caused by camera flash This great vintage piece would make a wonderful addition to your Josef collection No reserve so good luck in your bids!
