Description: Rare Southern Folk Art Black Rag Doll. This doll has an apron and cape over a red and white checked dress. On the hem of her apron is the date 1944. She has an eyelet petticoat and eyelet bloomers. She also has a cap which is made out of the same linen material as the cap and apron. Her booths are made of a black cotton material. This rag doll's face has painted features. She is 8" tall. She is in good condition with wear consistent with age and use. I acquired a large Doll collection and selling them "as is" and pricing them under market value. Good luck on the great price.
