The boats stand out in the foreground and you can see shadows of buildings or some other structure in the background. A vintage piece made probably in the 70s or 80s. It is most likely factory art but it is beautiful nonetheless. It is signed Roger. It is framed with wood and some kind of textured fabric material, which has a few light stains, but the frame itself is in very nice condition.
