This one is numbered 3. Also photos are hand numbered in bottom right corner of both photos. Photo on right side has Rusty Wallace's autograph. Comes with COA (Certificate of Authenticity) is located on the front of the piece and clearly shows numbering and authenticity of all pieces. There is a COA on back for the used tire piece. The entire frame measures approximately 18"x22". Each photo is approximately 8"x10" (but it is matted so that's an estimate). There appears to be something on the inside, between the glass and photo areas (possibly mold or dust from years of storage) - backing is sealed so I cannot tell for sure and I cannot attempt to clean it without breaking seal - so I will let new owner decide what to do.
