Description: Our carrier is a two cozy system, each made with 2 layers of cotton with insulated heat-resistant batting in between the cotton layers. One cozy is made with attached handles for carrying.Keep your casseroles, pies, cakes, etc. warm or chilled when traveling to your get-together and then use the cozy without handles to keep the dish warm/chilled while serving.The insulated heat-resistant material that we use has been tested to withstand a pan heated to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (broil setting in ovens). We do recommend slightly cooling your pans before placing into the carrier as this will make it easier to handle.
