Description: Up for sale is a Ring Hard Wired Doorbell Pro 2. This is Ring's latest version. Seal is broken but doorbell has never been used. I originally bought a hardwired doorbell. Unfortunately, I was going to need to run new wires. So, I just decided to return it and have Ring send me a battery pro 2. They sent the wrong one three times. After sending the one I bought, plus the first one they sent me. I had two left. I contacted them about needing a label for the other two. I explained to the agent what had happened about them sending the wrong one three times. She checked and seen there was no record of them needing the other two.
