Probably around the 50’s-late 60’s Condition: small abrasion/puncture to board on middle ground, tiny pin holes, scuff and or scratch mark on foreground, small areas of paint loss, other mild surface scuff marks. Needs a little touch up and or mild restoration. In overall good condition for age. Frame condition: Nice newer frame but the lining does have some spots and or stains around it. Frame has some dings, scratch marks and mild wear from use. In overall good condition. Looks great with the painting!
