Send me your unit in the mail - I will inspect and rebuild it using Besian Systems seals and "press" it per Beisan systems procedure, then check it for normal operation and send them back to you within two days (Return shipping is free!). I am a longtime E38/E39/E53 mechanic and experienced rebuilder of these units, with dozens of Vanos units rebuilt. In my experience, installing rebuilt Vanos units greatly improves torque between 2,000 and 3,000RPM, and improves highway fuel efficiency as well!
