Description: A nice black & white Real Photo Post Card of the Confederate Monument & County Court in St. Mary Parish, Franklin, Louisiana. The photo was taken in the 1930s to 1940s, see the autos behind the monument. The flag is at half-mast, must have been a holiday when the photo was taken. Made by 'W. M. Cline - Chattanooga Tenn.' A small piece of the paper blemish on the back, near W. M. Cline on the reverse, not detracting, otherwise the card is in good condition. The statue was moved to the current courthouse. It will be mailed in 4 1/2 x 6 1/2-inch plastic baseball card holder. I only ship 1st Class Mail, as the USPS confirms delivery. I will accept returns, if I make a serious mistake in the description. No buyer's remorse. Item must be returned in the same condition as sent, no polishing, cleaning or alterations. Must be back in my hands 14 days from your receipt of the item. Description and photos speak for the item. Be sure to check out the photos for condition of the item. More Monument listings in my other eBay items. Good Luck. Shipping to USA only.
