RAREAntique Plateau Mirror Chain Design Bevel Edge Footed Bronze Ormolu Rim 14”

Description: This is a fabulous antique plateau mirror from the 1920’s! It is large! It is 14” in diameter! It has a wonderful bronze ornate edge. What is especially wonderful is the edge is beveled but in a design that is reminiscent of a chain pattern. It reflects the light beautifully! The actual glass mirror has areas that the silvering has started to come off which crackles and creates a nice patina. There are some scratches and dark spots. I happen to love this look, after all this piece is 100 years old but not everyone does! Please look closely at all photos. It is footed with 4 small button feet. See photos.
