Description: Beautiful and rare Crown Trifari opalescent peridot green molded lava rock art glass brooch from the Trifari Etoile Collection, circa late 50's early 60's. Set in gold tone metal, the sparkling aurora borealis navettes surround iridescent peridot green lava rock/nugget art glass stones . There are pink and blue lights to the lava stones and the navettes. Tiny bezel set round AB rhinestones run along the outer edge of the key adding more interest. The colors are absolutely amazing, and the key sparkles like crazy. Approximately 3" long by 1" wide.Hallmarked "TRIFARI" with a crown over T and a copyright symbol. Note that the Trifari name is double struck a bit. In excellent vintage condition. No missing stones, no cracked stones. A very small nick to the edge of the top table on one of the navettes near the bottom of the key, barely visible, and a scratch on one of the small navettes. None of this detracts, mostly visible with magnification. Gold plating looks very good. Locking pin clasp works as it should. Please see all pictures for best idea, although, as always, they don't do it justice!
