Description: Rare, unpublished, Vintage B/W 8"x10" Photograph of James Earl Fraser's END OF THE TRAIL, clay model, Circa 1920-25. The image "pops" due to the dark background and has exceptional shading and detail. The rare FRASER signature and trademark, C inside a circle is on the lower left side of the sculpture. Other photos of End of the Trail lack the Fraser copyright signature. We believe this photo was done at Fraser's studio and is from a double life size scultpure executed in the 1920's. The photograph is attributed to Victor DeMeo. DeMeo had 40 year frienddhip and working relationship with James Earl Fraser.
