I am listing some of my "HOUSE OF BLUES RADIO SHOW" shows. It is a weekly ONE hour ONE CD show in immaculate condition looking like it was never played before and in fact it was probably played the day it aired and that's it. It comes with its cue sheet which is in very good condition. Now, as to the show itself. Each show is hosted by blues expert Dan Akroyd, a charter member of the infamous Blues Brothers. He will lead you through an hour of the best blues and rock music of all time. The show featured the kinds of blues that the Blues Brothers excelled in - blues with a rock touch although you will hear plenty of traditional blues as well. It is an exciting hour! It is an hour of high energy blues and rock and you will love it. You will learn a lot about music through this great show and the mix of music is terrific. You just cannot find these shows anymore. The show aired weekly on the WESTWOOD ONE RADIO NETWORK. The cue sheet comes with the show and is in very good condition sometimes with notes from the board op who played the show made as the show progressed through its weekly hour. The CD the show comes on is beautifully decorated with graphic art of the show logo across the top as you can see in the listing. It is one of the most beautiful radio shows that you will see. It features music from the top blues and rock artists of all time in an entertaining and fascinating format often with a special theme or featured artist. This show was broadcast on MARCH 26, 2005 AND IS SHOW 05-13. Stations could use the show anytime during that weekend and then any remaining ended up available to us all to enjoy. And since many stations threw them away after broadcast since they could never be broadcast again because of the dated commercials, there are likely only a few left.
