This pattern for a Tree Skirt/ Table Topper is clean, never used, the pages are in great condition and the directions are clearly readable. The pages are professionally produced, and the uncut patterns produced are inside the original plastic sleeve which has been inspected. If there is damage in any way indicated, it will be noted here in the description. Please review the photos included for fabric suggestions, dimensions/ size of several finished item, and other specifics for this project. Finished size is suggested on the back for 2 quilt sizes.
