This kit contains all fabrics required for top and edge binding. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. The overall finished size of this quilt is about 54" x 66". Pictures 2 thru 8 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit. There are no substituted fabrics! The pattern recommends 3-1/2 yards of backing fabric assuming a standard 43/44" width along with a 62" x 74" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT. Skill Level: Confident Beginner A little over 5-5/8 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
