The dress is pure white with a blue satin sash & bow on the back. A hair bow is not included. I may or may not have one available that would match the dress (for separate purchase). The bodice is not made of a stretch fabric. The panties & basque are very stretchy. The costume will ship from Washington State, USA. This size may different from traditional US girl's sizes. You must measure to get the correct fit. The top of the dress can be increased in circumference by 1 inch. The low hip area & bottom can increase more than 1 inch, because that fabric is stretchy.
