On site garage and off street surface parking $20 per night. (one vehicle per unit).One Bedroom Suite includes: A king bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in living room, a kitchenette and dining area, TV, DVD player, in room safe. The suite is approximately 630sq. ft. Maximum occupancy 4.This is my personal reservation. Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name. Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter. That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in. A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you. When you check in at the reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation. You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card to be put on file. A refundable $250 security deposit may be required. There are no additional fees or taxes. You will be invited to attend an information / sales presentation, but you are under NO obligation to attend.Full payment to eBay is due at the time of purchase.
