Description: This is a vintage postcard of Prospect Dome in Cheyenne Canyon, Colorado. I am untrained in postal history, but I believe the cancel on the left is a Local Agent Cancel by Argentine Central Railroad in Waldorf Colorado in 1909. The postmark on the stamp is illegible but based on message on postcard, it is from Waldorf, Colorado which is discontinued post office operating from 1906-1912. Message mentions that postcard was being mailed from the highest post office in the world, which was Waldorf's claim. Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases, stains and bent corners. See pics for details and conditions. Reasonable offers will be considered.
