This is considered a CGC 10 under their new grading scale implemented since the black label grading era. 9.5 grades no longer exist and any CGC blue label era 9.5 is now considered the same as a CGC black label era 10. All graded cards are CGC blue label era grading, which was known for being extra strict in comparison to the new black labels and automated grading system! From my childhood collection of approximately 4000 cards. Most of these cards went right from booster to sleeve/binder and sat untouched for decades!
